Rates for remodeling work are different for each project.

Handyman Work
Handyman work is billed at an hourly rate + cost of materials. Travel time to pick up materials is billed at the same rate. Small jobs are billed at a minimum charge of $175.00 provided no travel time to pick up materials is needed.
